Orders and shipping

Where do your dresses ship from?

From our partner warehouse in China. We do not keep stock in the United States.

How long will my order take?

11–17 business days in total: 3–5 business days to process and 8–12 to ship. Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a business day start processing the same day. See our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

$7.95, or free on orders of $60 or more after discounts.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Not at the moment. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We also do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes. P.O. Box orders go by USPS.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

No. Import duties are included in our prices. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number.

Sizing

How do I pick a size?

Sizing varies from style to style, so we do not use a single size chart for the whole shop. Measure your bust, waist and hips in inches (our Size & Fit guide shows how) and compare with the size chart in the product photos when one is shown. If there is no chart, or you sit between sizes, email us your measurements and the dress name and we will suggest a size within 24 hours.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes, if the size you want is available. Otherwise we refund the dress. See Returns & Refunds.

Returns

How long do I have?

30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. We email you a free prepaid return label.

When will I get my money back?

We issue the refund 5–7 business days after the returns warehouse receives your item. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to post it.

Do you have a store I can visit?

No. caventras is an online shop run by BELLAVIQUE RETAIL LLC. Our Albuquerque address is our registered business address only; it is not a store, showroom or warehouse.
