Shipping Policy

The short version: every order ships from our partner warehouse in China. Plan on 11–17 business days from order to delivery. Shipping is $7.95, or free when your order is $60 or more after discounts. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

Where your dress ships from

caventras does not keep stock in the United States. Our supplier packs and ships each order from its warehouse in China. Import duties are already included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay when the package arrives.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a business day start processing that day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a weekend or holiday, start on the next business day.

If you need a dress for a set date, count back 17 business days and order before then.

Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Checkout will not offer a rate for those addresses.

Carriers and P.O. Boxes

Orders are delivered by USPS or FedEx. We do deliver to P.O. Boxes; those orders go by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is in transit.

Canceling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@caventras.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order may already be in processing; you can still return it under our Returns & Refunds policy.
