These terms apply to purchases from caventras.com, operated by BELLAVIQUE RETAIL LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110 (registered business address only). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We describe each dress using the details shown in its photos and listing. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include import duties. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors; if an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfill and refund it in full. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering.

Shipping

Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Delivery takes 11–17 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.
